A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. All products must be unopened and in their original packaging with the seal unbroken. Clothing and Apparel items must be unworn or unused, with all tags affixed to the item.
Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at: email@example.com. You will be required to provide the following information to begin the return process:
- Telephone Number;
- E-mail Address;
- Product Purchased;
- Date of Purchase;
- Confirmation Number or Order Number; and
- Reason for Return
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within fifteen (15) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
